Store Policies — Before You Pre-order

Please make sure you have read and understood our terms and conditions before pre-ordering.

PREORDERING OF GOODS
All our products on PREORDER will be sourced from the UK or Korea.

ARRIVAL OF GOODS
Preordered goods take a maximum of three weeks to arrive in Ghana after orders have been placed.

SHIPPING FEES
The shipping fee will be communicated to you once items arrive. The fee is shared among all customers who made a purchase.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Each customer is responsible for their own delivery payment. Delivery begins 3 days after goods arrive. Once items are in, we collect shipping fees, confirm delivery details, package orders and follow up on deliveries.

NO REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on any purchases unless ordered items are missing or there is damage. Please be sure of your order before making any payment.

ARRIVAL OF ORDERED GOODS
Products displayed on our platforms are not from the same manufacturer. Items ordered the same day may arrive on different dates. Any delays will be communicated to you.

NO PRESSURE PLEASE
When your products arrive and we contact you, please do not pressure us on when you will receive them. We appreciate your patience.

Please know your skin type before placing an order. If you're unsure, we're happy to assist you.

Orders & Payment
Browse our shop, add items to your basket and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and click "Place Order". Your order is received and we will confirm via WhatsApp once payment is received.
We currently accept payment via MoMo (Mobile Money). After placing your order you will see our MoMo number and the exact amount to send. Please use your order ID as the reference so we can match your payment. Our MoMo account is registered to Benedicta Serwaa Appiah, number 0544949823.
Card payments are not available at this time. We are working on enabling this soon. For now, please use MoMo.
Yes! If you have a discount code you can enter it in the checkout page before placing your order. Follow us on Instagram and Snapchat to be the first to hear about promotions.
Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. Once payment has been confirmed and the order dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Delivery
In-stock items: Next day delivery after payment confirmation.
Preorder items: Up to 3 weeks, as the product is sourced from Korea or the UK. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp throughout.
We deliver across Ghana. Delivery charges apply and vary by location. The delivery cost will be communicated to you via WhatsApp after your order is placed.
We will update you on WhatsApp at every step — when payment is confirmed, when your order is dispatched, and when it is out for delivery.
Products
Yes, 100%. All products are sourced directly from Korea and the UK. We do not stock counterfeit goods.
Prices may vary slightly with the GBP/GHS exchange rate. We do our best to keep prices stable but currency fluctuations can affect the cost of sourcing products from the UK.
A preorder means the product is not currently in stock in Ghana. When you preorder, we source it directly from Korea or the UK on your behalf. Delivery takes up to 3 weeks. You can also request a product that isn't listed on our shop using the Preorder page.
Absolutely. Use our Preorder page to submit a request. Tell us what you're looking for and we will do our best to source it.
Returns & Contact
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo. We will resolve it as quickly as possible. We do not accept returns on opened skincare products unless they are faulty.
